Agile Foundry Limited, trading as Performance Radar, commits to achieving net zero emissions by 2050 at the latest. This plan follows the structure of the UK government's Carbon Reduction Plan template under Procurement Policy Note 006 (PPN 006).

2. Commitment to achieving net zero
Agile Foundry Limited is committed to achieving net zero emissions by 2050 at the latest. Our footprint is already nil or negligible: we have no premises, company vehicles or physical goods, and we deliver our work remotely by default.
3. Baseline emissions
Our baseline year is 2026. The figures below are assessed rather than measured. From 6 November 2026 we log all business travel by mode and distance, so that future reports are measured.
- Scope 1 (owned premises and vehicles): nil. We have no owned premises or company vehicles.
- Scope 2 (purchased electricity): nil. The company purchases no office energy.
- Scope 3, category 4 (upstream transportation and distribution): nil. We ship no goods.
- Scope 3, category 5 (waste generated in operations): negligible. We work from home and our deliverables are digital only.
- Scope 3, category 6 (business travel): negligible. We deliver remotely by default.
- Scope 3, category 7 (employee commuting and home working): negligible. There is no regular commuting.
- Scope 3, category 9 (downstream transportation and distribution): nil. We ship no goods.
4. Emissions reduction measures
Measures in place
- Remote delivery by default, with on-site sessions only where they add value to the work.
- Rail rather than air for UK travel where practical.
- Digital-only deliverables, with no printed reports.
- Cloud services rather than on-premises IT.
Measures planned
- Record all business travel by mode and distance, so that emissions are measured rather than estimated.
- Prefer suppliers with their own net zero commitments.
- Review and republish this plan every year.
5. Declaration and sign-off
This Carbon Reduction Plan follows the structure of PPN 006 and its supporting technical standard. It has been reviewed and signed off by the board of directors.
