Modern Slavery Statement

This is a voluntary statement by Agile Foundry Limited, trading as Performance Radar. We are below the £36 million turnover threshold at which section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires one. We publish it because we believe the people and organisations we work with should know where we stand.

1. Our business and supply chain

We provide independent programme assurance and advisory services, delivered by our own senior practitioners. Our supply chain is short and low risk: software subscriptions, accountancy, legal and insurance services, and travel. We do not make or source physical goods.

2. Our commitments

• We pay everyone who works for us at least the Real Living Wage, and we pay on time.
• We engage associates on written terms with fair pay, and we check their right to work.
• We expect our suppliers to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and we will stop working with any supplier that does not.
• Anyone can raise a concern with our Managing Director, in confidence and without retaliation.

3. Risk assessment

We consider the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain to be low. We review that assessment every year, and whenever we add a significant supplier.
